Penturner’s Rendezvous Winner of Grand Prize Lathe Has Donated It to a Veteran
San Diego woodturner Brian Saunders has worked for several years with programs that teach veterans the art of woodturning, so when Brian won a mini lathe donated by Woodcraft at the Penturner’s Rendezvous it seemed logical to give it to a veteran.

Falling apart
I purchased this tool roll for my turning tools awhile ago. When I first received it my thoughts where that it’s well made heavy weight. Today I went to open to sharpen my tools and the straps ripped in half and the handle broke. Now I have to tie it with a pair of shoelaces and hope it doesn’t further fall apart. I’ve purchased many items from Woodcraft over the years now I’ll check on reviews to make a purchase decision. I wouldn’t recommend this tool roll, save your money. John W.

It feels old and new at the very same time
We work in the intangibles, don't we? Well, that is how this tool roll feels. It works. It is comfortable on day one, when it is nothing but new and nothing but "broken in". You'll therefore not be embarrassed to walk into your local group of fellow turners as the new guy with the latest stuff. You'll be the turner who has gone places and done things.

Turning Roll Needs Improvment on Buckles
I purchased this product to carry my turning tools back and forth from my Turning Classes. I like the product but the Buckles are made of Plastic "CHEAP" and I broke one the third time I used it. However I called Woodcraft and they sent me out a new one that day. (Very Impressed with the service from Woodcraft) I would suggest a metal Buckle as an improvement however.

keeps expensive turning tools protected.
The old model seemed sturdier heavier canvas. The buckles on this one are also not as sturdy. I have several generations of this. Metal buckles & slightly wider slots would be a much improved update.

Excellent storage.
I stored my large turning tools in it. They all fit perdect. Easy to remove and put tools into. It saves me space on storage. Great product and worth the investment.

All my turning tools fit in this well constructed China made tool roll.

Worth the price
Bought the carrier on sale for 10 dollars. Worth that price.

Great tool bag. Just what I was looking
The tool roll is a strong bag that holds all my turning tools. Every turner should have this bag.

Good Roll
Good roll, made well. Only small complaint I may have (and I'm nitpicking) is that you cant fill every available pocket. After about 5 tools in a row the next pocket becomes to much of a tight fit so you have to leave it empty and use the next open pocket.

Good for the money
Seems well constructed, does what it was ment for.

Could of made this for so much less:(
The price on this is ridiculous for what you get. I could of made this so much cheaper and more durable. We had to wait also so long for this to get in stock (it was on backorder).

WOW What a bargain
Now I can take my turning tools with me and not have to worry about damaging the cutting edges or making temporary sleeves to protect the edges. Plus it keeps your tools organized on your bench as you need them. I don't know why I had not purchased one before now............... oh yes I do.............THE PRICE

Great Tool Carrying Case
This case is very handy to take tools to demo's without cutting myself which was common when I used a bucket to carry my tools.
