Very good for the money
As soon as I got them I flattened the backs and put a good edge on each one. My first project was on a project using cherry and I was surprised how well they held an edge considering I was paring a lot of end grain. They feel good and work well. Good chisel for the price.

Solid Chisel for the Money
Good, solid chisel for fine work once sharpened. I put my own slightly convex bevel on, and they pare and chop very well. Steel is much better than big box store stuff. Handles are very light, which make for a slightly odd balance, but are very tough and withstand a hammer or mallet quite well.

Keeps a decent edge. Works for me!
I got the set of four on sale for around 30 bucks a while back. I think they work well.
