The Elves of Open Hands Gallery
Making Christmas decorations is a great way to get into the holiday spirit, but it’s also a very effective way to make use out of small or awkward sized scrap wood that’s cluttering up the shop or just being thrown away. Even old, worn out and broken decorations that have been cast aside can be given new life by adding them as accents to these projects.
Hot New Tools: Issue 28
After reading some heated Internet threads about the WoodRiver planes, I’ll admit that I had some misgivings about putting myself in the crossfire. Then, I thought about the guy looking to buy his first block or bench plane on a limited budget. Price is important, especially today. (I had been woodworking for 15 years before I could afford my first Bed Rock.) That said, no tool is a bargain if it doesn’t work properly. So, out of pure curiosity, I accepted the assignment to examine and test the first editions of the WoodRiver block and bench planes.

happy but confused
I just ordered 3 bottles of CA because I am happy with the product. I am confused because I don't know the difference between glue and adhesive. it is mentioned that it is a two part system but no mention of the second part.

Best CA Glue !!
I have used this CA glue for years without any issues. Bonds well and does not go bad in the bottle which is a big plus in my book !!!

Unhappy
Another company sends me notices for feedback and I am disgusted. Now Woodcraft does the same thing. I am not pleased!! The above categories are not appropriate and it is a waste of my time. Think about what you are doing!! Don Nofzigher, Milford, IN

good glue but tip too big
The glue seems like it is high quality but the tip has a hole much too big.It doesn't allow a very small amount of glue to be applied, which on occasion is needed.Perhaps this was the intention of the manufacturer, to make it not last too long.
