Our 12-Piece WoodRiver® Woodcarving Set is ideal for a lot of carving styles, whether you are replacing a carved rose on a mahogany balloon back chair or carving a Gaelic-inspired wedding spoon or a relief panel. Tools are made of 60crv high carbon tool steel, hardened within the range of HRC55-61, and pre-sharpened/honed so you can begin carving right away. Comfortable beech handles are nicely finished and accommodate a wide range of hand sizes, from small to large. A high quality Tool Roll is included for storage to protect the tools and to keep them from wandering. Use by pushing or tools may be driven with a mallet.
