WHY 7/8
This banding is high quality, thick and has very good glue, but for the life of me I cannot understand why it is 7/8" wide, a pain in the butt to trim. 3/4" would making trimming a hit with a sanding block ! And NO I am not buying a $40 trimmer.

So Easy to Use!!!
As an avid D-I-Yer, but new to working with wood, this is definitely one product I would recommend, to finish off the "seen" raw edges, whether you are staining, or painting. It just gives the piece a nice finish. Two musts: Cover your iron face with aluminum foil, to protect it from the glue -- I used painters tape, to secure the foil, to the nonheated part of the iron. Also purchase a Double Edge Trimmer -- it makes trimming the excess tape a breeze. And, go for the 250' roll. It will not go to waste!

Good Stuf
Good product at a fair price. Less than the competition.

Economical and easy application
If your going to use edging this is the way to go. The Birch wood takes any stain with ease to match your project. The iron on nature of the edging is fool proof with strong and permanent adhesion. Much more economical than the self adhesive types. If you build with plywood or any laminate your going to use this edging again and again; you might as well get the 250" roll.

Great!
we purchase the 250' rolls - only thing you have to watch for is the ocassional fingerjoint - if there is one in a piece - i just break at joint and save for smaller project if i think it can be used....... if not - i toss the piece - other than that - from application to finish - this stuff is great!
