    It's correctly labelled.

    This is useful for connecting rigid pipes, Y branches, right angles, blast gates to each other. Since these devices have a 4" outside diameter, the union fitting product has a 4" inside diameter.

    As advirtised

    This fitting makes it easy for my to switch my Jet dust collector from my band saw, to the table saw, to the dust hood etc with messing with feeding fitting into the hose and securing it with a clamp. I do need a variety of fitting for each piece of equipment, but I do not have hoses going all over the place in my shop.

    Product is correctly labeled 4" I.D. (Inside Diameter). Perfect friction fit on dust collection fittings. No clamps or tape needed

    O.D. means OUTside diameter

    I bought this because I needed a piece with the outside diameter of 4". This piece has an INSIDE diameter of 4". Product is incorrectly labelled.
