    Very Nice Product

    Connected my hose directly to 4" aluminum blast gates (with effort, helps to use hot water to relax the plastic a bit) to 4" dust ports of my machines. Was unaffected by the direction of twist as all my connections are smooth. This is a heavy duty product that should last me for years. I bought 2 the first time around to try them out but I will be buying more.

    Left Hand Twist a Surprise

    Used with sawdust collector. All other sawdust components in my shop are not threaded or have right hand twist.

    what can I say it is a plastic hose. but you can only use their attachemnts as the wiere inside has the opposite twist from other brands

    Dust control hose

    The product was a disappointment because the left handed coil made the hose incompatible with my standard shop fittings.

    Perfect for my needs

    This is my 2nd purchase of this hose and will be buying a 3rd. It's much more flexible than the hoses I'm replacing and it is holding up very well.

    It doesn't fit most 4 inch output ports.

    This hose works best on my plastic parts for the dust collection system. It also fits my plastic 4 inch pipe.A word of caution. My pipe supplier has 3 different sizes of 4 inch pipe.

    Pricey, but best quality 4" hose

    I've tried 3 brands of 4" hose. This one is the most expensive, but will last best. Will not unravel. Durable, sturdy, transparent.

    Good item

    Used on quick connect fitting. Hard to get onto threaded side of fitting.

    nice hose, but pricey

    This hose is much heavier duty than others offered elsewhere. It doesn't tear or split, in fact you'll need a good sharp knife to cut it. The wire is heavy steel - I had to use bolt cutters to cut it. Really nice hose. You will have to stretch it pretty hard to get the 10 foot length. Under normal operation it probably runs about 8 feet. The only downside is the price. I got it on sale which is great, but the shipping costs ate up most of the savings.

    i use the hose on my router table, is flexable and strong.just what i need.

    Doesn't get much better

    Excellent product. I like the clear hose as you can be sure that there are no restrictions. Also, if you do find a way to clog it up, you will be able to see where the problem is without having to take your entire system apart.

    Very Satisfied

    Great for using as parts of a time machine for our Children's Christmas presentation, "Back to the Manger". Lit internally and with a fog machine to add FX, it was just the ticket. Would make an excellent dust colletion hose too, I'm sure.

    The best feature is that it is clear. Any debri can be seen and easily removed.

    GREAT HOSES.

    great product for any 4" dust collector. and its great to be able to see through the hose, if there is a clog you can see it right away. no complaints here.

    4" Clear Heavy Duty Dust Collection Hose

    This hose is way better than the lighter black hose. It can do a tighter radius and reduces the need for clamps in some situations.

    Good product, but overpriced

    This semi-clear hose is sturdy and well-made. It was what I needed. But, like most dust collection related items, it is way overpriced. [$] for ten feet of 4" hose is ridiculous, even if it is semi-clear. I keep writing "semi-clear" because I can't see through it. A person will be able to see a dark spot where a clog develops, but that is all. A window is "clear". This hose is not clear.

    great hose

    I used this hose to replace the hose that came with my Jet Dust Collector and it works great. It is durable and has even survived our dog trying to chew the end of it. I have it attached to my Delta planner, jointer, contractors saw and anyhting else I can hook it up to. As many times as I have to remove and place it back on my dust collector the end has stood the test of time.

Compare With
